95s Isometric Plank
95x Push-ups
95x Lift and Push

Run #58 - Local Lap:

10.53km/6.54M - 1hr 15min 18sec
Notes:  Steady pacing and good breathing throughout.  I felt good throughout, and the legs held up quite well.  Cooler temperatures definitely helped as well.  Had to figure out the Android flavor of Endomondo.  So far, I like it a helluva lot better than the Blackberry version.
