Set 1 (5pm):

105x Knuckle Push-ups
105x Bicycle Crunches
105x Squats

Run - Local Lap:
12.78km 1hr 30min 6sec
Notes: Steady run with decent pacing and good breathing throughout. Knees were a bit grumpy about halfway through. Not sure how accurate the distance was, since looking at the map shows some odd location data. Oh well.
