Notes: Steady pacing and good breathing - I think I left the gps tracking on pause during one of my breaks, and actually ran farther than it reads, but no easy way to tell short of running the route again. After the mixup (perhaps?) with the gps tracking I decided to just let the time run during my 3x pee breaks and 3x drink stops. Legs felt good but noticed some joint pain when I slowed down. Otherwise, a good run throughout. Still felt good at the end.
