Exercise

Run #45 - Local Lap:
9.22km/5.73M - 1hr 13min 27sec
Notes: Steady run with legs that felt good despite the long day at work. Happy to be lazy tomorrow though.  Breathing felt good, and pacing as well.  Need to take a look at firming up the shoe patch on the left foot though.  Bathroom and beverage breaks at end of lap 1 and 2 as usual.  Again, left the timer going throughout.  Ran the same route, but further distance?
