Notes: Steady run with the usual 3 drink stops and 3 bathroom breaks. Legs felt good till the last km or so then I started to notice it. Breathing felt good. Distance is good. Cooler air after the rainstorm today. Lil bit of fog though. Ready for my off day after the long workday tomorrow and another run.
