Set 1 (3pm):
100x Squats
100x Push-ups
100s Isometric Plank
100x Reverse Crunches

Run - Local Lap:
11.02km 1hr 9min 35sec

Notes: Steady run but nothing special.  Consistent breathing and good pacing throughout.  Legs felt good throughout.  Damn phone did it's random reboot thing at the 8.39km point though.  Gah!  This is getting annoying....
