Set 1 (4:30pm):
100x Squats
100s Isometric Plank
100x Knuckle Push-ups
100x Lift and Push

11.12km - 1hr 10min 6 sec

Notes: Steady run but hot as hell. Felt good throughout, and pace picked up after the first half and the sun went down. Damn phone rebooted partway through... Gah!
