Exercise

Run #46 - Cherokee Hills:
9.81km/6.1M - 1hr 9min 13s
Notes: Great run in great weather.  The lap times were super consistent even with the one lap where I stopped at the car to get a drink, let the Mutt splash in the river, and lock the car back up.  Nice sprint at the end, and I broke 6 miles.  I almost completed a full 10k and felt pretty good after it all.  The 13hrs of sleep might have helped with that though.  Breathing was good throughout though, and the hills didn't hurt as much as expected.
