Exercise

Set 1:
90x Squats
90s Isometric Plank
90x Push-ups
105x Flutter Kicks

Run #47 - Local Lap:
10.01km/6.22M - 1hr 23min 30sec
Notes: Steady run but late start.  Legs felt ok throughout but thinking that I prefer to run on something other than asphalt.  Breathing was good, and stopped for drink breaks at the usual points.  Nice run overall though, but time could be better.
