Exercise

Set 1:
90x Squats
90s Isometric Plank
90x Push-ups
105x Flutter Kicks

Run #48 - Local Lap:
10.6km/6.59M - 1hr 26min 33 sec
Notes:  Steady run but felt out of it for the first lap and a half.  I think I am better served eating light before the run than heavy then waiting an hour like I have the past two nights.  Legs felt good as did breathing.  Breaks and slower pacing though this run.  Asphalt sucks.

Oddly enough, I ran the same route as last night but farther distance.  Weird gps results again?
