Notes: Legs felt tired after the long day on my feet. Breathing good, and I like the new route - which has me finishing right about perfect distance-wise right in front of the condo. Long day, and an especially frustrating end to an otherwise good day made for excess energy to run off. Wish I had a non-asphalt route to run though.
