Exercise

Run #51 - Sequoyah Hills:
10.45km/6.49M - 1hr 9min 27sec
Notes:  Good run with Dave and Sarah,  A bit chilly, but nice once I got going.  Steady breathing a helluva good sprint at the end.  Plenty of gas throughout.  Definitely prefer the trail to the road under my feet.  Legs felt good.
