Set 1:
95x Squats
95s Isometric Plank
95x Push-ups
95x Lift and Push

Run #52 - Local Lap:
10.37km/6.44M - 1hr 17min 42sec
Notes:  Steady run with decent pacing and breathing.  Legs felt good throughout.  Distance was consistent which is a bonus.  Now just to work on decreasing my pace time.  Usual bathroom and drink breaks along the way.
