95x Lift and Push

Run #53 - Local Lap:
10.37km/6.44M 1hr 17min 19sec
Notes: Steady run with good breathing and pacing throughout.  Legs felt good.  Distance on gps was a bit off - seems I lost tracking at some point and it clipped about a km off the total distance.  I fixed it by way of adjusting the distance to match last night's run (same route, same distance, lil better time).  Silly phone.  Lil more humid tonight but overall a nice run.
