100x Diamond Push-ups
100x Bicycle Crunches

Notes: Hot as hell but nice run pacing wise. I definitely sweat my ass off running today. First half of the run was ok, but had to push a bit the second half as the heat sucked the life out of me on the first half. Otherwise pretty decent overall.
