Exercise for the day....

Set 1:

85x Knuckle Push-ups
85x Lift and Push
85x Squats

Run #35: 6.76km/4.2M - 44min 41sec Notes: Legs and breathing felt good throughout.  I ran part of the uphill side first which is always fun.  Nice weather and steady pacing with good times overall.
