85x Knuckle Push-ups
85x Lift and Push

Set 2:
90s Isometric Plank
90x Push-ups
105x Flutter Kicks
90x Squats

Run #37:
7.47km/4.64M - 54min 14sec
Notes: Steady run with a bit slower pacing.  Breathing felt good, legs felt good.  Light rain for most of the last lap made things a little interesting.  5 miles is in reach and should be doable soon.  Not gonna hurry though.
