Exercise

Run #38:
8.03km/4.99M - 59min 3sec
Notes: Legs felt a bit stiff but hurting as the run went on. Time was decent but longer than I'd prefer.  Gonna keep 5 miles the distance for a bit and start working on time.  Kind of a kludgy route as well, but not sure what else to do running at night.  Breathing felt good throughout.
