Notes: Ran the whole of Sequoyah Hills Trail. The hill side first as usual. That sucker is an ass-kicker. The young professional runners who easily lapped my ass on that part injected a definite degree of humility today. Legs felt good, but I think a more carb-heavy breakfast would have been appropriate. Breathing was good throughout. Stopped for a drink halfway through and let the mutt get one as well. Decent run and good times on laps though as usual when running there. Eye candy seems to help. Beat the rain perfectly too.
Maxine celebrated her performance by laying down in the water off the boat entrance on the lake. Smart-ass.
