Set 1 (2:30pm):
100x Squats
100s Isometric Plank
100x Push-ups
100x Lift and Push

Run #65 - Sequoyah Hills:

Notes: Hot as hell but beautiful out nonetheless.  Good pacing though I thought I was gonna die throughout.  Legs felt good throughout.  Stop for a drink halfway through.  Had to lose the shirt as well or I think I would have dropped.  Nice sprint as well.  Overall nice throughout.
